The hotel is conveniently located for business in the south end of Edmonton, close to shopping areas and main roads, making accessing the city easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a quiet and cost-effective stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the location could be a bit out of the way for major attractions like West Ed mall and premium outlets.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in, known as the 'green choice,' was on the small side but reasonably comfortable, with the exception of the noisy air conditioning. However, the lack of daily cleaning was a downside. The staff, unfortunately, didn't handle an issue well, and cleanliness around the hotel seemed lacking. The location, while a bit out of the way for major attractions, was central to the airport and the University of Alberta.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a suite that included two TVs and a sofa bed. However, it was a bit chilly when we first arrived. The service was exceptional, with the staff being pleasant and super friendly, even going out of their way to assist with technical difficulties. The location worked well for my business needs in the south end of Edmonton, although it may not appeal to everyone. Dining at the White Spot restaurant on-site was convenient, but there were some limitations during my visit due to renovations. Overall, a good value for the price.
